Food 365 | Day 58: Soba Nippon

Soba Nippon in Midtown offers a great lunch prix fixe.  For the set price, in addition to a salad plus two pieces of inari sushi (made with fried tofu), you also get a healthy helping of soba noodles.  Even though it was cold outside, I felt obligated to enjoy this chilled.  The buckwheat noodles had just the right amount of satisfying resistance when you bite into them, dipped into the light savory dipping broth.  A little sloppy but the trouble is well worth it.
