Food 365 | 335: Sweet Potato Ice Cream with Torched Marshmallows

Earlier this week, the gigantic display of yams of all varieties at Whole Foods caught my eye.  So in the spirit of the season, a little homemade ice cream (recipe thanks to Jeni’s Splendid).  I love my marshmallows burnt to almost a crisp so the torched marshmallows just made it all the more fun.
