Food 365 | Day 170: Lunch at the Allium

Wednesday started quite early with a 6AM flight to Chicago and a breakfast scarfed down while sitting in traffic from the airport to the hotel. Two meetings later, I managed to squeeze in a quick (literally 5 minutes) bite before the 1PM meeting at the Allium at the Four Seasons. A fun take on the traditional cobb, this one came with a creamy blue cheese dressing, slab bacon, avocado cream and a soft egg. Even though I didn’t have time to finish, it was enough to fuel me for the rest of the day.
