In celebration of Cinco de Mayo, Doughnut Plant featured a series of Mexican inspired sweets. In addition to their amazing tres leches doughnuts, the limited time only treats included churros, Mexican wedding cake cake doughnuts and horchata. I love the size of these mini Mexican wedding cake doughnuts, aren’t they just adorable? The perfect little snack with a cold sweet horchata.
