Food 365 | Day 17: Billy’s Ice Box Cake

Billy’s Bakery in Chelsea makes one of my favorite desserts – ice box cake.  We stopped by Billy’s after dinner and shared a slice.  It’s basically a creamy fluffy Oreo cookie.  What’s not to like?
