Food 365 | Day 350: Steamed Porgie

Another week, another new fish thanks to Village Fishmonger.  I layered the porgie filets on top of whole wheat vermicelli noodles from Whole Foods with a ginger garlic dressing.  While the porgie steamed for ten minutes in the steamer, I quickly assembled a light salad of sauteed Brussels sprouts with mint and red chilies and the light and flavorful dinner was ready!
