Food 365 | Day 274: In the Mood for Pho

JL and I have been on a pho kick lately.  Even though we had just satiated our craving on Saturday, we couldn’t help but crave another bowl of the fragrant noodle soup for dinner on Tuesday.  This time, we stopped by Nha Trang Centre.  The broth here is light with plenty of beef and scallions throughout.  Despite the fact that we inhaled the gigantic bowls of noodles, we left feeling warm and satisfied.
