Food 365 | Day 272: Magic Souffle and DKA

I decided to try my luck another time.  No, not for cronuts but for Dominique Ansel’s magic souffles, another creation by Mr. Ansel.  There was no need to wait in line for these goodies but they do sell out like last weekend.  The simple concept was quite delicious – a light baked souffle is enrobed in a orange scented brioche.  Served warm, they were perfect with an afternoon cup of coffee and a celebrity chef sighting (looking at you Mr. Daniel Boulud) at Dominique Ansel.  And of course, I couldn’t resist one of his famous DKAs either.  Now, I feel complete.
