Food 365 | Day 270: Beak to Butt at BRFC

My second time at Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken means that I am now free to explore the weirder side of the menu. The beak to butt is a mix of necks and backs. Yes, you heard right, these odd pieces of chicken are battered in that delicious Blue Ribbon crust and made fresh to order. Topped with spicy pickled peppers, this was certainly one of the most adventurous dishes on the menu here.
