Food 365 | Day 269: Rhong Tiam’s Drunk Man Noodles

It has been far too long since I have visited Rhong Tiam, a little take-out only Thai place in Flatiron.  I absolutely adore the drunk man noodles there and one bite, I remembered why.  The flavorful noodles are chewy and well seasoned without being oily.  I love both the chicken and beef versions but the beef has currently won me over with large pieces of quality meat and lots of vegetables added in.
