Food 365 | Day 254: SweetGreens’ Earth Bowl

The newest addition to the already jam packed salad scene in New York, SweetGreens, is already becoming a favorite of mine.  I feel a little guilty when I “cheat” on Chop’t but the combination of the warm grains, spicy broccoli, raw corn and roasted chicken with a pesto dressing is so hard to resist.  This Earth bowl makes for a fantastic early meal before hitting the gym, filling me up with healthy goodness.
