Food 365 | Day 251: Post Workout Breakfast Sandwich

Okay, so this isn’t exactly original.  Instead of my typical breakfast of avocado toast with hard boiled egg, I often make myself a fried egg sandwich with avocado dusted with pepper flakes for breakfast.  For a little nutritional boost, I add in a handful of baby kale.  Just looking at the dark leafy green makes me feel healthy.
