Food 365 | Day 245: Last Day’s Feast

Brunch on our last day at the Berkshires was what one would call our best effort to clean out the fridge. This amazingly abundant spread included leftover pancakes, baked frittata, whole grain bread, lamb kale sausage with fingerling potatoes and strawberry banana salad. A little bit hodgepodge of a brunch but filing and delicious nonetheless before we hit the road.
