The best part about Socarrat is that the dishes here are meant to be shared and easily adjust to whatever size your party might be. We might have ordered practically every type of paella that Socarrat had to offer and that’s not just a few. The four big cast iron pans appeared at once and had us drooling while we waited impatiently for the socarrat, those lovely crunchy bits of the crust, to form. Good thing we were able to nibble on some amazing tapas and to sip on the sweet glasses of red and white sangria in the mean time.
