Food 365 | Day 231: Yellowfin Tuna Poke

Today was delivery number two of the Village Fishmonger CSA.  I have been dying to make poke, the Hawaiian version of a tuna tartar so it was kind of perfect that the catch of the day was thick filets of yellowfin tuna.  I let the ingredients marinate and the flavors meld while I was at the gym.  Two hours later, they made for a delicious dinner with a bowl of hot brown rice and a side of broccoli rabe in a sesame miso vinaigrette.
