Food 365 | Day 216: Lobster and Uni “Risotto”

Attempt number two at the creamy cauliflower brown rice with peas and arugula.  This time, instead of slow roasted salmon, I used sweet steamed lobster and creamy uni as a topper.  The lobster took a little bit of elbow grease to get it out of the shell but the result was well worth it.  Not an everyday meal but with a little team work, we were able to put together everything pretty effortlessly.
