Food 365 | Day 214: Yakitori Don at Yakitori Totto

I love lunches at Yakitori Totto.  It is one of the best deals and the food is always reliably delicious.  The Yakitori don is my personal favorite and comes with three different types of skewers, meatball, wings, and nigima.  The rice bed is cooked to that perfectly chewy consistency and drizzled with a dark soy based sauce.  I like to eat the bowl by stripping the meat off of the skewers and toss with poached egg until every kernel of rice is coated.  A sprinkle of the spice mix and this is ready to be savored.
