Food 365 | Day 208: Flatiron’s Own Maison Kayser

After months of waiting, the Flatiron location of Maison Kayser is finally open!  I swing by on Saturday to grab a few quick snacks for an afternoon in the park.  Even though the cheese bread is pretty amazing, I can’t help myself with the bag of financiers.  I do sincerely think that Eric Kayser makes one of the best.  Not too sweet and moist with a slight spring, these little nuggets are as amazing as they were in Paris regardless of whether it is the classic or pistachio or chocolate.  I want them all.
