Food 365 | Day 207: Dan Dan Noodles from Cafe China

Dan Dan noodles are as ubiquitous at Szechuan restaurants as guacamole is at Mexican spots.  I love that they are portioned out into appetizer portions so I can save room for other delicious dishes.  The spicy sauce hides under the bottom and a quick toss of the springy noodles will change the color and make the bowl into one lip smacking goodness.
