Food 365 | Day 205: Shrimp and Tomato Lemon Verbena Panzanella

Dinner on Wednesday with AD was a homemade shrimp and tomato lemon verbena panzanella, courtesy of Plated, a service that delivers make at home meals with the exact ingredients you need. Plump shrimp, sweet tomatoes, and crunchy sourdough day old baguette were all tossed in a tangy lemon verbana dressing. I added in raw corn kernel from an ear I had in the fridge and made it even a little more summery. Only half an hour in the kitchen and dinner was ready – a true 30 minute meal!
