Food 365 | Day 197: Teuscher’s Champagne Truffles

It’s not every day that I walk right by one of  Teuscher Chocolates’ two stores in the city.  The stores might be tiny but the Swiss chocolatier makes one of my favorite truffles – a creamy dark champagne truffle.  Two little truffles to go made for a great end to lunch and in this weather, the truffles literally started to melt between my fingers before they even came close to my lips.
