Food 365 | Day 196: Edamame and Avocado Dip

This Saturday at Smorgasburg, I sampled a beautiful homemade edamame spread with jalapeno and serrano peppers. In a rush to head out, I forgot to pick up a container to take home! Good thing this was relatively easy to replicate at home. I blended both jalapeno and serrano peppers with two cloves of garlic, an entire avocado and two cups of edamame. Some salt and lime juice for a bright note, and this is ready to be enjoyed with some cucumber and radishes as a snack or spread over my English muffin for breakfast.
