Food 365 | Day 186: More Spirit of Fourth of July

The Fourth of July celebration continued on Friday at KT and JT’s place. This time, a slight twist to the traditional offerings. We gorged on guacamole, pulled pork with grilled pineapple on sweet roll with cabbage slaw and fried rice. Did I mention the red white and blue cake, tri colored rice crispies treats, a DJ and a pinata? A great way to extend the celebration well into the weekend.
