Food 365 | Day 154: Grilled Ramps with Miso Butter

Ramp season is so short that we are already nearing the end.  I bought a few handfuls from Whole Foods and made the best of the remainder of ramp season.  I served the charred ramps on top of a simple miso butter and poached egg for dinner.  They might be stinky raw but I do love the garlicky sweetness of grilled ramps with the savory miso.
