Food 365 | Day 151: Westville’s Market Plate

Nothing like a healthy heaping plate of seasonal vegetables from Westville for a hot summer dinner. I chose some classics and some new additions, cauliflower dijonaise, lemon asparagus with parmesan, sauteed kale and grilled oyster mushroom with chimichurri sauce. Just for a boost of protein, I added a side of their tender grilled salmon.
