Food 365 | Day 146: Appetizers Before BBQ

The BBQ ribs and chicken dinner on Sunday night took a little longer than expected so we needed a little nibble to tide us over.  We improvised with what was on hand and ended up snacking on two crostinis, one topped with artichoke farmer’s cheese and sauteed zucchini and squash and another topped with chives farmer’s cheese and roasted radishes.   Nothing too heavy so we can save room for the amazing BBQ dinner to come.
