Food 365 | Day 141: Bergamot at Bohemian

I can always count on Bohemian for amazing cocktails.  Today, I went with the Bergamot.  The base is a refreshing Earl Grey infused gin and is topped with egg whites.  Unfortunately, I can’t recall the other ingredients but what I can tell you is that this is definitely one of my new favorites.  Perfectly sweet and fragrant, this was unique in all the details down to the four-leaf clover at the very top.
