Food 365 | Day 127: Westerly’s Thai Chicken Soup

Westerly’s Natural Food Market in Midtown has the best soup selections.  Everyday, they offer at least 5 or 6 different types of freshly made soups and one of my favorites is their Thai chicken soup.  I always add a few fresh vegetables to make it a little healthier.  Tonight, it was fresh English peas, arugula and corn.  Just what I needed after another grueling spin class.
