Food 365 | Day 121: The Library at The NoMad

The Library at the NoMad is an elegant place to grab drinks with clients after work.  On a nice day like today, the setting sun casts a soft glow on the airy room through the tall west facing window making it even more welcoming.  We lingered over a few cocktails and small bites of flat bread and butter dipped icicle radishes with fleur de sel.  This is why I love the NoMad, they can make even a commonplace snack like radishes and butter elegant.
