Food 365 | Day 120: The Meatball Shop

“Focus on the things that are keeping you going through the tough parts!”  Screamed the instructor as a roomful of us.

Meatball Shop!  Meatball Shop!

That was all I could think of as I pedaled furiously while not budging a single inch.  Thankfully, FlyWheel was close by The Meatball Shop in Chelsea so AM and I raced over for a seat at the bar after spin class.  The best part of the meal?  Ending with a vanilla ice cream sandwich with chocolate chip cookie on top and a brownie walnut cookie on the bottom.  Now that was worth every second of the exhausting class.
