Food 365 | Day 105: Late Night Snack

I hate how traveling just throws off my entire eating schedule.  Before I left Seattle on Monday, I ate as large of a breakfast as I could and snacked the entire way on the plane.  By the time I found my way home, it was already very late.  So instead of a real dinner, I heated up some spring rolls that my mom made for me, filled with the green garlic from our garden.  Even though I don’t deep fry them, they were still delicious and tided me over that night.
