Food 365 | Day 95: Unusual Combinations at Traif

Strawberry and cinnamon?  Sure, that sounds pretty reasonable.  But strawberry and cinnamon glaze on Berkshire baby back ribs?  I definitely hesitated but in the end, I am glad that I trusted the chefs at Traif.  I couldn’t resist forgoing the knife and fork and went in with both hands.  Just one of the many delicious dishes SB and I savored that night in South Williamsburg.
