Food 365 | Day 91: Maysville Round 2

I revisited Maysville for a client lunch today and the setting was perfect – not overcrowded with the right kind of soundtrack.  Of course, the crispy grits and country ham had to make an encore appearance and they did not disappoint.  Just to make sure I explored other dishes on the menu, I bypassed the smoked trout and chose an amazingly light yet filling kale salad with duck confit, cracklings and farm egg vinaigrette.  Twice in the span of one week but I guess sometimes you just can’t get enough of a good thing.
