Food 365 | Day 89: Dandelion Greens at Sullivan Street Bakery

HF and I stopped by Sullivan Street Bakery in Chelsea for a quick bite.  A breakfast egg sandwich with a bomboloni for HF and a salad of dandelion greens, radish sprouts, beets, grapefruit and toasted almonds for me.  The crunchy bitter refreshing dandelion greens paired well with the sweet beets and tart grapefruit.  Who knew dandelion greens could be so delicious with the simple ingredients and a lemon and olive oil dressing.
