Food 365 | Day 87: Lobster Roll at Pearl

We so often take food in New York for granted.  And it’s only when you no longer have easy access to such a variety of delicious foods that you start to miss it.  YS was back in New York briefly and was desperately craving lobster rolls.  So we headed to West Village after work to Pearl for a glass of white wine and one of the best lobster rolls in the city.  It made me think, what would I miss if I ever left New York?  Would it be the Shake Shack burgers or the Meatball Shop meatballs?  Or perhaps the bread and pizzas at Sullivan Street Bakery?  I honestly don’t know but I am glad I don’t have to worry about that yet.  For now, I will just focus on taking it all in, one bite at a time.
