Food 365 | Day 84: Post Workout Smoothie

After a late-ish workout, a full dinner seems less than optimal. My solution? A homemade smoothie with ingredients from my fridge. I have been on a papaya kick lately so I added chunks of the tropical fruit to a mix of frozen berries, non-fat yogurt and vanilla almond milk with a dash of agave. For added protein and fiber, as well as a crunch, I threw in small teaspoonful of chia seeds. Pretty satisfying.
