Food 365 | Day 82: Big Cheesy Tasting

The air was intense at the Big Cheesy NYC with competition and with smoke coming off from the grills.  Seven various grilled cheese vendors churned out their best products for the crowd’s vote.  One of my favorites was the truffle four cheese with mushroom and arugula from Sons of Essex.  Another knock out?  Say Cheese‘s S’More with nutella, mascarpone, graham cracker dust on a brioche with a side of milk chocolate sauce.  In the end, I voted with my sweet tooth.
