Food 365 | Day 77: Brownie and Half Baked

One of my favorite shortcut desserts is the reduced fat brownie from Trader Joe’s.  All it takes is adding a bit of non fat yogurt and a dash of vanilla extra to the simple brownie mix, these gooey brownies will be ready in 20 minutes.  Of course, I doctor these “healthy”  brownies up with chocolate chips and Heath bar bits.  A scoop of Ben & Jerry’s half baked fro-yo make this after gym dessert a la mode and just that much better.
