Food 365 | Day 70: Salvation Taco

Salvation Taco at the Pod Hotel is an intriguing place.  The front of the house is decorated like an old fashion tavern while the back is more like a hideaway den/library with its low couches and lamps.  Just to throw a little something else in the mix, there are ping pong tables in the back.  The menu is equally like a kaleidoscope.  From a little bite of kimchi and pork to a small bowl of ceviche with chicharon to a taco made with Moroccan lamb on naan, it seems like Salvation Taco is rounding the globe on its tiny menu.
