Food 365 | Day 68: Pancake Breakfast

We kicked off a busy Saturday with fluffy homemade pancakes and Esposito’s breakfast sausages.  The pancakes came from the Clinton Street Bakery’s basic recipe.  MD preferred the classic version so we kept it simple – a stack of pancake with a generous drizzle of maple syrup.  The maple syrup runoff  just made the flavorful breakfast sausages even better.
