Food 365 | Day 66: Learning to Eat Wings at Fukurou

Another Japanese izakaya, another great meal of bar eats at Fukurou.  JZ and I were excited to dig into the wings that arrived piping hot with a golden hue.  Just as I was about to bring them to my mouth, the waiter rushed over and attempted to show us how to eat the wings elegantly using the wooden prongs.  This was no easy feat without him actually touching our food so after a few tries, we shrugged helplessly and just dug in.  Oh well, some foods just aren’t meant to be eaten elegantly.
