Food 365 | Day 63: Pork Fat ‘Ddukbokki at Hanjan

It seems like the blocks just north of Madison Square Park has gotten quite lively recently with new restaurants popping up left and right.  Some, like Maysville, is so popular that the wait for two ran around 45 minutes!  No worries, we quickly found two seats at Hanjan, the Korean tapas restaurant next door to Hill Country and were happily munching away at a delicious order of pork fat ‘Ddukbokki.
