Food 365 | Day 61: Jam Mallows

I can’t resist sweets from abroad.  And how can you refuse taking a bite of the Jam Mallows when they look this cute?  Two rows of soft marshmallows are piped onto a biscuit base, separated by an application of raspberry jam.  This is a light sweet snack with a finishing taste of coconut and raspberries.
