Food 365 | Day 46: The Apocalypse Before and After (Lucky Peach)

Today was a rushed day as I wrapped up the last two meetings of the week before catching a midday flight back.  Thus, it ended up being a pretty uneventful day food wise other than a room service breakfast and lunch on the flight.  By the time I landed, it was already late so no dinner tonight!  After unpacking, I was pretty excited to find the newest copy of Lucky Peach in my big pile of mail.  The Lucky Peach team always pushes the envelope and does something crazy so I am pretty excited to read this edition, titled “The Apocalypse Before and After”.
