Food 365 | Day 40: Happy Chinese New Year!

Happy Chinese New Year! To celebrate, food plays a very crucial role. Something my family always had growing up every New Year were these rice cakes in the shape of a peach (well, abstractly so anyways). I love the ones filled with sweet red bean paste as much as the ones with meatballs. All that’s missing on these are little red dots that my grandmother would make as a finishing touch.
