Food 365 | Day 39: Savory Mooncakes

I have to be in the minority because I don’t particularly care for the sweet mooncakes, especially the ones with egg yolks inside.  Instead, I love the savory ones with a flaky crust, whether filled with juicy meatballs or shredded daikon like these below.  They make great snacks, very best when eaten fresh from the oven.
