Food 365 | Day 36: Mozzarella in Carrozza at Scarpetta

Scarpetta is known for their spaghetti with tomato and basil but they should also be known for the mozzarella in Carrozza.  Milky pieces of stretchy mozzarella came with a crunchy shell (not greasy at all!) and were served with stewed baby tomatoes and basil.  This might be one of the best mozzarella sticks we have ever had.  The classiest by far.
