Food 365 | Day 33: Mushroom Toast at Tipsy Parson

The mushroom toast at Tipsy Parson is a dishes that I can never become tired of, or at least not tired of yet.  A pile of tender scrambled eggs with sauteed wild mushroom perches on top of a thick piece of potato toast and a layer of creamy herbed ricotta.  That with a cup of coffee, I become another happy bruncher in the back room of TIpsy Parson.
