…came a cup full of homemade hot chocolate with almond milk. I heat up just enough unsweetened almond milk to fill the cup to a boil. I stir in a handful of Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate morsels, or two depending on your mood. The small portion of almond milk I set aside froths beautifully in a Nespresso milk frother and makes the hot chocolate lighter. The result is sip after sip of rich bittersweet hot chocolate with faint nutty finish.
