Food 365 | Day 15: Quick Saute

Week night dinners need to be quick and easy, preferably with minimal cutting and prepping needed.  I love to use a few table spoonful of homemade ginger scallion sauce (made on the weekends) to start a saute.  Tonight, crunchy sweet sugar snap peas with medley of mushrooms and what else?  Langoustine!  A little bit of corn starch to pull it all together and create a sauce, great with rice or plain.
